Issue of Notice of regular meetings Notice Free At least 21 days before the meetings
Presentation of draft Agenda to Secretary of Council Draft Agenda Free At least 11 days before the meetings
Circulation of Agenda upon approval by the Secretary of Council Agenda Free At least 10 days before the meetings
Production of Minutes and Forwarding to the Chairman of the Council for approval for circulation Minutes Free At least 1 month after the meetings
Circulation of copies of minutes duly approved to the members Minutes Free At least 10 days before the meetings
